Sellers who want Realtors to have access to the property must provide to the Office (in writing) their permission for the Security Guards and/or Office Staff) to allow Realtors access to the property. The Realtor request form is available on the website FORMS AND APPLICATIONS, and the forms are also available in the Office. Realtors arriving on weekends before 4:00 p.m. will not be able to contact any staff or guards.
Owners must make arrangements with Realtors regarding gate cards and unit keys.

Note: Potential buyers and must submit to a background screening and credit check prior to moving into a unit. All required forms must be provided to the office thirty (30) days prior to the closing date of sale.
