  • W-020 -U.S. Background and Credit ScreeningCanadian Background Only Screening
  • W-021 – Canadian Credit Check
  • W-015 -Parking Registration Form – NOTE: For the Parking Registration Form, please come to the Administration office after your arrival (during office hours) and bring the following documents with you: 1) current driver’s license, 2) current vehicle registration card, and 3) current vehicle insurance card. If your car is a rental car, please bring rental car paperwork with your driver’s license.
