Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Administrative Office – Hours of Operation
    • The administrative office is located in unit 132, at the entrance to the site.
    • Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
    • In case of an emergency, please call 561-582-6765
  2. Noise
    • Out of respect for residents and tenants, it is strictly forbidden to make noise between 10:30 pm and 8:00 am
  3. Parking
    • A parking permit is mandatory, please contact the administrative office to obtain it. Please use the space identified for your condo.
  4. Access to the site
    • A security guard is present at the entrance to the site at 4:00 pm daily.
    • A key is required to exit and enter the site when you travel on foot or by bicycle.
    • To access the site with your vehicle, you must use the access card provided.  In case of loss of the magnetic card, the replacement cost is $50.
    • For visitors who do not have a swipe card, please use the left lane at the security checkpoint and you will need to call the owner’s phone number to give you remote access to the site.

  5. Waste and recycling of dry materials
    • The place to dispose of waste or recycling is located at the complete end of the site (southwest side).  Recycling instructions are clearly indicated – Blue Bins for glass and plastics, Yellow Bins for carboard and paper (please breakdown your boxes). 
    • To avoid the presence of rodents, never leave garbage bags outside the condo.
    • Please be courteous and do not bring your garbage and recycling between 11pm and 7am – if you must, please be as quiet as possible while placing your items in the respective areas.
  6. Barbecue and propane gas tank
    • Condo units located on the 2nd floor can only use electric barbecues on the balconies.  For other condo units, the use of barbecues must be in accordance with the Florida Fire Code.
    • At the end of the season, propane gas tanks must be identified and must be stored in the space reserved for propane tanks in dry disposal area.
  7. Balcony
    • It is forbidden to hang or dry laundry or beach towels on the balconies.
  8. Dress code       
    • It is not allowed to walk around in a swimsuit, bare-chested or barefoot on the site.
  9. Defibrillators
    • Defibrillators are available at each pool near the posted rules and regulations.

    • For safety reasons, diving and running around the pool is not permitted. 
    • All children aged 12 years and less must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
    • Food, alcohol and inflatable mattresses or games are strictly forbidden as well as the use of glass containers. 
    • Please close the umbrellas and replace the chairs after use.
    • No pets allowed in the pool area
  11. WIFI access available at the 2 swimming pools
    • Passwords are posted on bulletin boards near the pools.
  12. Leisure and activities
    • The activities are managed by the Waterside Social Committee and are accessible to all.
    • Registration dates normally take place in January on a date determined by the social committee. 
    • Registration cost: the cost is set by the committee.
    • Tennis and Pickleball: See reservation time restrictions on the bulletin board.
    • Library: located near the Club house, see the opening hours posted at the entrance.
    • See bulletin boards located at swimming pools or near mailboxes.
  13. Animals
    • Pets must be always kept on a leash and are prohibited at the pool, on the sports facilities and at the Club house.
  14. Recreational Vehicles and motorcycles
    • Parking of recreational vehicles and motorcycles are not permitted on the site.  Motorcycles must be parked at the entrance to the site before the security barriers. RV’s must be parked offsite.
  15. Speed Limit
    • The speed limit is 10 MPH on the site at all times.
